Solarian Technical Record & Open Specification

The Solarian Protocol is intended to be accompanied by a separately published, versioned technical record, containing the astronomical reference system and its sources, implementation profiles, validation data, machine-readable formats, conformance tests and governance arrangements. That independent technical record will distinguish tested profiles from historical diagnostics, candidates and outstanding certification.

The normative Solarian Protocol and supporting materials are planned for open release under licences specified with each publication and file. A proposed licence does not take effect until that material is issued with its definitive rights notice.

The official project page will provide publication status, current versions, downloads and links to any GitHub repository or Zenodo records actually released. DOI references will be supplied only after those identifiers exist.

The printed appendices explain the design and implementation approach, but should not be taken as a substitute for any later authoritative, versioned open technical specification.
