Code, data and fixtures
Reference software is proposed under Apache-2.0; structured datasets, schemas and test fixtures receive appropriate licences by file type.
Practical limitation
Any text and artwork displayed in an ordinary browser can technically be saved or copied. Omitting an official PDF/EPUB download is a publication choice, not effective digital rights management.
Licensing of the public companion publications
Four standalone informative companion papers are issued under CC BY 4.0, with individual attribution notices. The book, Appendices A–G as published in the book, cover and original illustrations remain © JB Bullock 2026, all rights reserved.
Standalone normative protocol: CC BY 4.0 policy approved, subject to independent technical reconciliation and release. Independently authored/audited reference software and executable tests: Apache-2.0 on selected files. Eligible original factual datasets: CC0 when rights checks pass. Third-party content retains its applicable terms. No blanket licence covers the website CSS/JS.
The book and the four informative companion papers are separate publications. The standalone normative protocol remains on technical hold and is not issued in this release.
